COURSE DESCRIPTION

:

It deals with the trends and forces for the organization of school in all levels. It emphasizes the concept of the role of leadership in the Philippine Educational Enterprise, the democratic principles of administration and supervision and the cooperative endeavor for the accomplishment of modern educational method and techniques. 

 

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

 

:

 

 

 

a. Develop a general view of the concepts of organization, administration and supervision in elementary and secondary schools.

 

b. Gain insights of the values of leadership in school administration and supervision.

 

c. Discuss the implications of the principles involved in the administration and supervision of school teaching personnel, school plant, ground, equipment and finances.
