COURSE DESCRIPTION

:

This course discusses traditional and strategic management approaches reinforced with the applications in practical management here and abroad.  It is designed for those who aspire to be local government executives and those who are interested to be part of the development process of the Barangays’, municipalities, provinces, and cities.

 

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

 

:

 

 

 

1. Gain know-how in bringing development in the locality and in effecting transformation of managers into effective ones;

 

2. Get guided on how to plan and innovate strategies to come up genuine and substantial development in the local government units;

 

3. Acquire enhanced capability and competence on managerial and technical skills leading towards good governance.
